My life coaching approach: First, let’s understand your goals. From that place of understanding, we can work together in clarifying and executing your authentic life plan. I am here to help you get where you want to be.
Relationships, Divorce, Single Parenting, Confidential Friend, Experienced Coach
I believe stories heal people. Both telling them and listening to them. We all need someone to talk to, to tell our story to, to be heard. That’s the heart of what I do with my coaching practice. I’ve been there. I can listen and help you reflect and make healthier, positive decisions.
The blog (wholeparent.org) is the first source of support, there is a ton of great information that I’ve written in the 8 years since I was divorced, it’s available 24/7. If you need a quicker fix, or just want to talk to someone about what is going on in your life, let me know.
I’ve been through what you are experiencing and I can help. In addition to being an RC (re-evaluative counseling) community member, I’ve spent a lot of time as a leader in the men’s movement, and with other men healing their anger, sadness, and relationship issues. In 1997 I helped found MAN! Magazine with Lyman Grant, Dan Jones, and John Lee, where we explored what it meant to be a man on the journey towards health and recovery from addictions and codependency.
